1. Scope

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, participants, carers, and providers who claim or manage profiles.

2. Nature of the Platform

NDIS Verified is a digital directory designed to connect individuals with NDIS providers. We are not an NDIS provider, healthcare professional, or government agency. We do not directly provide care, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of the third-party providers listed on our site. Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging any service.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security.
• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Use directory information responsibly and at your own discretion.

4. Provider Accounts and Profile Claims

By claiming a profile, you confirm you are authorized to represent that business and that submitted details (including business details, services, and team information) are accurate and up to date.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove profiles that contain misleading information, infringe third-party rights, or breach applicable standards and laws.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe based on the plan selected. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account billing controls. Cancellation takes effect according to your current billing cycle and applicable Stripe settings.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable unless we explicitly state otherwise.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content for platform operation, listing display, and service delivery.

You must not upload content that you do not have rights to use.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may include third-party services or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NDIS Verified and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the directory or any interactions between participants and providers.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDIS Verified and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.
